Norm recently completed his first Spartan race and is working toward his trifecta medal. With focused effort and a dedicated mindset, he placed in the top 17% with over 1600 participants!
Finishing near the top is a nice achievement, but feeling healthy and energetic each and every day is by far the biggest reward! With increased energy, you can accomplish so much more! You can conquer household chores more efficiently, spend more time playing with your children and grandchildren, and help more people. One of the great things for Norm about participating in this Spartan race was being able to do it alongside a stepson and a son-in-law. It's meaningful to work toward a healthier life with family, and is equally important to set a good example for younger generations.
