We help children by creating school programs that involve exercise and nutrition.  Our custom lunch information sheets give parents new ideas for lunches.  Obstacle courses are a great way to introduce exercise in a fun way!  

should i include weight training in my workout?

You absolutely need to include weight training in your workout!  Here are the top three reasons: to strengthen bones, to accelerate metabolism, and to increase  fat loss.  

how much should I walk or do cardio each week?

Everyone should do 30 minutes of cardio three times each week.  Which can include brisk walking, running, swimming and even jump roping.
